These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Home Run Van Lines website (the "Site") and any related communications, including phone calls and text messages (SMS). By using the Site or providing your contact information through any of our forms, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit your information.

Our Services

Home Run Van Lines is a licensed and insured moving company (USDOT: 4489110 • MC: 01774198) providing local and long-distance moving, packing, storage, and related services in the Northeast and Mid-Atlantic regions. Any moving services you book are governed by a separate written estimate or contract provided at the time of booking.

Quote Requests & Contact Information

When you request a moving quote or contact us through the Site, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You authorize Home Run Van Lines and its representatives to contact you using the phone number, email address, and other information you provide for the purpose of responding to your inquiry, providing your estimate, and coordinating your move.

SMS & Phone Communications

By submitting your phone number through any form on this Site or otherwise providing it to us, you consent to receive non-marketing transactional and operational phone calls and text messages (SMS) from Home Run Van Lines related to your request, including:

• Quote follow-up and clarifying questions
• Booking confirmations and scheduling
• Move-day arrival windows and crew coordination
• Billing, payment, and account-related notifications
• Responses to your direct questions and customer support

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and any active move. Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier and plan. Home Run Van Lines does not charge a separate fee for SMS.

Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase of any goods or services from Home Run Van Lines. Mobile carriers (including but not limited to AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, and their affiliates) are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your phone number and SMS opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Site to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent quote requests or contact information

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Jersey.
